These Terms govern your use of Capsealo, operated by Capsealo, a Udyam-registered Micro Enterprise, India (Registration No. UDYAM-KR-03-0748723) ("Capsealo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What Capsealo does

Capsealo lets you record video, voice, or photo content ("a capsule"), attach a title and message, and choose a future date on which it becomes viewable ("the reveal date"). Until that date, the capsule is locked — including from you — except where you explicitly delete it before sealing.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping that account secure; we're not liable for capsules accessed because your Google account was compromised.

3. Your content

You own what you record. By sealing a capsule you grant us only the license needed to store, encrypt, and deliver it back to you (or your chosen recipient) on the reveal date. If you set a capsule's visibility to public, you're granting anyone who can view Capsealo's DigiWall the right to see that specific capsule — nothing else.

Don't upload anything illegal, anything you don't have the rights to, or anything meant to harass or endanger another person. We can remove content that violates this and suspend the account behind it.

4. Reveal dates are firm

A reveal date you set at sealing time can't be moved earlier by us or by you. This is the core promise of the product — we won't build a backdoor into it, including for customer support requests to "open it early."

5. Payment

Sealing a capsule requires a one-time payment, billed through Razorpay in Indian Rupees, at the price shown before you pay. See our Refund Policy for what happens if a payment fails or is duplicated.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and your capsules durable, but Capsealo is provided "as is." We keep encrypted backups of sealed media, but we strongly encourage keeping your own copy of anything irreplaceable — Capsealo is not a substitute for your own backups.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app, which deletes your unsealed drafts immediately. Sealed capsules follow the deletion window described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We'll post updates here and change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Capsealo after a change means you accept the new Terms.
