Shipping Policy

Capsealo is a fully digital product — a web app and a companion website. Nothing you buy from us is physically shipped, so there's no delivery address, courier, or shipping charge involved in any purchase.

1. Digital delivery

When a capsule payment succeeds, the capsule is created and sealed on your account automatically, usually within a few seconds and always within 15 minutes. There's nothing further to "arrive."

2. If a capsule doesn't get created

If you were charged and the capsule still hasn't appeared under "My capsules" after 15 minutes, that's treated as a failed delivery of the digital product — see our Refund Policy for how we resolve it.

3. Capsule delivery

Separately from billing: a sealed capsule you send to someone else is "delivered" by unlocking automatically in their account on its reveal date, not a physical or postal delivery.
